Fully furnished holiday home located on the Costa Blanca in the Orihuela Costa region, just 50 kilometers south of Alicante airport. Orihuela Costa has a coastline of no less than 16 km where beautiful sandy beaches, cliffs and bays with clear water alternate, such as Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Dehesa de Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
A pleasant maritime climate with an average temperature that varies in the early and late season with 20º C up to 25º during the high season. With around 300 sunny days a year, this part of the Spanish Costa is the ideal place to enjoy a carefree holiday. Due to the absence of heavy industry and the presence of the large salt lakes (salinas) in the area, the air in the region is known to be very clean.
Orihuela Costa is internationally known for its beautiful white sand beaches and clear water, creeks (calas), which are interspersed by high steep cliffs (acantilados). Several beaches in Orihuela Costa have been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag due to the presence of many facilities, such as ramps, lifeguard towers, first aid stations and showers.

An attractive balcony at the front, entrance to the living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. Above the house you come to a spacious roof terrace with sun beds. The house is also equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Located in a quiet and new neighborhood with low-rise holiday villas, you are also close to everything on foot. The nearest beach is only a 20 minute walk away. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can relax in the (communal) swimming pool right next to this house. Restaurants, bars and terraces are also within walking distance (max. 12 minutes)
